He has a green body with a grey head and a very distinctive yellow V on his belly. He is hand reared, his wings have been recently clipped but as many people know this does not stop him from flying. We have been experiencing severe problems with the site since transferring our hosting, due to loss of database information and emails.
However, we are now back and giving our immediate attention to the huge backlog of emails we are now able to receive.
Please be patient, all missing pets will appear on the site as soon as possible.
Once again, we are very sorry.

You may or may not have seen the recent SAAB commercial featuring the song “Release Me” by Swedish band Oh Laura. It features a whale alone in the Miami Seaquarium - the lyrics reading “a glass of water longing for the ocean”.
If you haven’t seen the advert, you can view this in the video below:
The whale in the advert is called Lolita. She has been in captivity in a tank that barely houses her for nearly 40 years. I have written her story in my online weblog. Please view her story and sign the petition to free her. The petition is being delivered by hand in July so there isn’t much time!
You can also view Lolita’s story in the video below:

A pet welfare act that came into effect recently in Wales is due to come into force in England. The act - which has been dubbed the bill of rights for pets means that people will be liable for the basic welfare of their pets.
The act means much harsher penalties for people who do not care properly for their animals, with fines of up to £20,000 and jail terms of up to a year for cruelty where previously offences would have been punishable with a maximum of 6 months jail sentence or a £5000 fine.
Pets will need to be provided with an adequate diet, they will need to be housed with or away from other animals - depending on their individual needs, they should be able to exhibit normal behaviour and should be protected from pain, suffering, injury and disease. Tails will no longer be permitted to be docked for cosmetic reasons.
